We will prepare a selection of dishes of the day, from Amehamu's special side dishes to standard snacks.

Topped with gravy that packs in the delicious meat flavour, the meat is baked in a high-temperature oven.

[Main dish] Hokkaido beef lean steak

The meat is repeatedly cooked and rested in the oven several times to lock in the natural flavor of the meat.

It has a moist and soft finish.Add wasabi and rock salt to taste.

[Rice dish] Spiced pulled pork rice

Pork slowly simmered in spices until tender.

Serve with garlic rice.
